I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the OWWA ICT Training Program, where I completed the Office Management and Administration course. Throughout the training, I gained valuable knowledge and practical experience in office management, communication, and records management. The program helped me deepen my understanding of essential office procedures and strengthened my ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and responsibly. One of the most meaningful parts of the training was the enhancement of my computer skills, particularly in using digital tools and software that are necessary in a modern office environment. These skills have prepared me to manage documents, organize information, and support office operations with greater accuracy and confidence. The training also helped shape my professional values. I learned the importance of professionalism at work, especially when interacting with colleagues and clients.
