I am very thankful to our Teachers sir alvin and trainers mam Liza, mam daisy and sir Robert for teaching and guiding us throughout our course.

I am happy and grateful to have completed my Office Management Application course. This journey was not always easy, but with God’s help and the support of my teachers and trainers, I was able to reach this special day.

Today is a very special day for me because I am celebrating one of the greatest achievements in my life: graduating from the Office Management course.

My journey has not always been easy. There were challenges, sacrifices, and moments when I felt tired and discouraged. There

Through this course, I gained knowledge and skills in office administration, communication, computer applications, and organizing office tasks. These lessons have helped me become more confident and prepared for future opportunities.

First of all, I would like to thank God for giving me this wonderful opportunity to learn, grow, and improve myself.
My journey in Office Management Administration started with a simple Facebook post. While scrolling through Facebook, I saw an advertisement about a free training program from OWWA in partnership with ICT Filteq.
At that time, I was actually looking for a computer training center because I wanted to improve my basic computer skills. I asked different training centers about their fees, but unfortunately, they were beyond my budget.
So when I saw the advertisement, I immediately applied. After a few days, Sir Herbert called me and told me that I was one of the selected participants. I was very happy and grateful, and I knew that this was an opportunity I should not miss.
Before this training, I sometimes needed to ask for help with simple office tasks, such as replying to emails, preparing attendance sheets, and creating documents. But through this course, I learned so much.
I became more familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I learned how to create documents, organize information, prepare spreadsheets, make presentations, and even create certificates.
For others, these may be simple things, but for me, they are big achievements because they gave me more confidence and independence in my work.
I would like to sincerely thank our instructors, Sir Alvin, Sir Herbert, Ms. Liza, and Ms. Daizy, for your patience, guidance, and dedication in teaching us. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and for encouraging us whenever we found something difficult.

To OWWA and ICT Filteq, thank you for giving us this wonderful opportunity to learn for free. This training has not only given me new skills, but also an additional certificate that I can use for my professional growth, upskilling, and CPD.
Looking back, I am truly grateful that I clicked on that Facebook advertisement instead of simply scrolling past it. That simple click became an opportunity that helped me become more confident and capable.
Today, I am proud to say that I am not the same person who started this training. I learned, I improved, and most importantly, I gained confidence in myself.
This graduation is not the end of my learning journey. It is the beginning of a new chapter where I will continue to learn, grow, and become better at what I do.
